Usage method
1 screen: 350~420 mesh, polyester mesh, tension 20~25N/cm2
2, frictioning: recommended 70 degrees polyurethane coating
3, dosage: 420 mesh printing, black ink for 30~35 m2/kg, the other color ink is about 35~40m2/kg
4, LED-UV machine power: 3W - 10W, power LED lamp curing.
5, printing speed: adjustable to 20m/min
6, the selection of additives: UVR22 diluent, UVA05 defoaming agent
Matters needing attention
1, LED-UV ink is printed is used silk screen way, do not mix with other types of ink.
2, when the color adhesion is poor, you can add appropriate amount of thinner; or consult customer service ink engineer.
