1010 Water-based resins emulsion (binder) Instructions
1010 is a resin emulsion specially designed for flexible packaging film printing water-based ink, water-based varnish, matt oil and water-based varnish. It is made of more than ten kinds of resin monomers and functional monomers as the main raw materials through multiple cross-linking polymerization. It is a self crosslinking type at room temperature. It has excellent adhesion, chemical resistance and physical resistance to films, and excellent adhesion to non absorbable substrates PE, BOPP, PET, PA and PVC; It can be used as a water-based ink or water-based matte connecting material for polyester (PET), polypropylene (OPP), polyethylene (PE), and PVC substrates. It is suitable for grinding, has good wrapping properties for pigment particles, excellent wetting and leveling properties, is suitable for dilution with ethanol and m**ethanol, and has no upper limit on alcohol tolerance ratio. It can also be used for grinding water-based paint paste for materials such as glass and metal.

Application examples:
1) Making ink and water-based latex paint: can be used for grinding color paste, to increase the adhesion between the color paste and the substrate, making the coating film more dense, enhancing scratch resistance, water resistance, and medium resistance;
2) As an inking oil, it can dilute color content, reduce viscosity, increase leveling and wetting properties, and enhance adhesion;
3) As a base material primer, increase the firmness of the coating, such as VMPET, high resistance diaphragm, etc
4) As an intermediate for transfer coating (connecting material)
