l Safe And Environmental Performance:
SFHJ1918 does not contain any volatile organic solvents and other harmful substances. We control and test it according to the EU ROHS standards , and safety has been certified by FDA U.S. food safety standards.
l Laminating process:
1. The curing agent ratio is 2% of the main agent. First, pour the curing agent into a bottle filled with equal amount of ethanol and half of pure water (curing agent: ethanol: purified water = 1:1:0.5), and cover Shake the bottle cap for one minute, wait for the solution to become clear and transparent, and then evenly disperse it into the main agent. Use a No. 3 Zahn cup to measure the viscosity of the glue machine. When the viscosity is too high, use pure water to dilute. The best machine viscosity is 13.5-14.5 seconds. , The higher the machine speed, the lower the viscosity. Use mechanical stirring for 5 minutes, stir evenly, and then pump the glue on the machine.
Take clean anilox rollers, doctor blades and rubber discs, and compound the surface with aluminum plating. Use 200-220 mesh anilox rollers. The depth of the mesh grooves with lighter printing ink is 35um; the mesh with darker ink and full white ink The depth of the mesh groove needs to be 45-50um, the coating wet volume is 3-6 grams, and the dry weight is 1.5-2.5 grams/square meter; composite pure aluminum or PE, CPP, using 180 mesh anilox roller, groove depth 50-55um, coating wet Quantity 5.0-6.0 g, dry quantity 2.5-3 g/m2; composite tinplate and tin plate adopt 120-130 wire mesh anilox roll, groove depth 79-88um, coating wet quantity 8.0-9.0 g, dry quantity 3.6- 4.0 grams per square meter; composite kraft paper uses 110-130 mesh net rolls according to different paper fibers, and the amount of dry glue is 3.5-4.5 grams; water glue net rolls must use hexagonal meshes with large openings to improve the application of glue The cloth transfer rate, the extruded version is better than the electro-engraved version;
2. Operating conditions: oven temperature is keep at 65ºC,75ºC,85ºC; composite drum temperature :75-80ºC (The operating temperature of the composite surface layer is set high, and the composite bottom layer is set to as high as possible without affecting the friction coefficient.), The temperature of the drying tunnel and hot roller at all levels can be turned on after reaching the set temperature, composite pressure to the maximum safety value. If the initial adhesion is not enough, consider increasing the amount of glue, appropriate increase in hot roll temperature. Compound Kraft paper,Set the oven amount 50-60 degrees, glue can not be completely dried, it needs semi-dry compounding.
3. For composite plastic-plastic or aluminum-plastic structure, after the glue film comes out of the drying tunnel, the moisture of the glue must be completely dried. Scratch the rubberized surface with your hands without sticky feeling, smooth and warm, the coating film is completely transparent. It is very important to ensure that the glue moisture and the solvent contained in the printing ink evaporate thoroughly before lamination.
4. The speed can be gradually increased on the premise that the glue is completely evaporated from the oven of the laminating machine. If the glue does not dry, please increase the temperature of the oven and increase the air volume or reduce the laminating speed appropriately.
l Application Notice:
1. The required film must be corona qualified, the surface tension: PE,BOPP ,CPP should reach 38 dyne or more, PET should reach 50 dyne or more, PE should reach 52dyne or more. If the substrate is stored for a long time, the best usage is by online corona.
2. When stopping temporarily, should keep the glue roller into adhesive pan and rotation at the low speed , after finishing composite, rising the film roller firstly to be away from glue roller, keep the glue roller at low-speed rotation, then loosen the scraper. Recycle the glue in the adhesive pan through drainage.When the glue roller is away from the glue level,Put adhesive pan low down and meanwhile wash the glue roller back and forth by sprinkler(fill with pure water), Washing while erasing the glue on the roller with hands(wear latex gloves) until completely clean, Glue mixed with washing machine water is cased separately to store,and use it as soon as possible in the next operation time,do not store for long time,When glue is away from the adhesive pan, clean the roller, scraper and adhesive pan thoroughly, and dry water.
3. Need to cure after laminating, and then put it into the curing room for 12-48 hours, maintain the temperature in curing room at 45-55ºC, cure degree to meet the requirements of bag making standard;
4. Please store at cool place, avoid direct sunlight. Preservation temperature is around 3-30ºC . shelf life is 12 months, against freezing. It will be damaged if the performance is below 0ºC for a long time. Please don't mix with other products. The not-used-up products should be in sealing storage.
Statement: Before mass production, customers must confirm that all materials meet the standards, determine the process standards, and confirm that the proofing is successful and meet the quality requirements before mass production.
