This series of inks is a single component UV LED cured ink, with CH series being the LED cured version of this series. It has the characteristics of a soft ink layer, excellent adhesion, and high printing clarity. It is specifically used for printing ABS, AS, PS, PC (PCTG), PETG, and some PET, especially for difficult to adhere materials such as processed PP, acrylic, and metal coatings. It is suitable for fully automatic high-speed printing. If it is necessary to enhance water and alcohol resistance, a 5-10% special curing agent LV-1015 can be added. In terms of environmental protection, this series meets the ten environmental requirements of EU ROHS2.0,
It has been applied in the fields of cosmetics (PP cream bottles), stationery, household products (PP water cups), hotel supplies, various plastic labels, etc.
