Waterbased Gravure Printing White Ink
l Scope of application: When printing on the surface of OPP, PE, PVC, PET or nylon substrates, the printing surface of the substrate must meet the corona discharge standard, used to replace traditional solvent based ink.
l Ink characteristics: pure water, no VOCS, can be added with 10-20% pure water during use, completely eliminate VOCS from the source, odorless, fast drying, high fineness, low ink amount, low use cost, good leveling, strong covering power, and bright and full color, A series of advantages such as dazzling brightness and sufficient whiteness;

l Process instructions for use
1. Directly mount the machine or dilute it with 10-30% pure water to a suitable viscosity, use a depth of 10-12um laser engraving printing roller for printing, set the oven temperature to 75-85 degrees, turn on the air volume to the maximum, and the printing speed should be based on the thorough drying of the printing ink;
2. Once printing begins, after the screen is stained with ink, it is necessary to lift the pressure roller and start the plate roller to idle during the temporary shutdown during the printing process. If the shutdown lasts for more than 20 seconds without moving, there will be a risk of blocking the plate; A slight blockage can lift the pressure roller and start the plate roller to idle while repeatedly washing with a copper brush until the blockage is completely removed.
3. It is best to cool down through a cooling roller before winding;
4. After natural aging at room temperature, the adhesion of products printed with ink will significantly improve;
5. Products that need to be boiled in water for printing must be added with 1% special curing agent 2099;
l Precautions
1. Temporary shutdown, please immediately lift the roller to start the plate roller idling;
2. The remaining small amount of ink in the ink tray needs to be sealed and stored separately. Later, impurities are filtered through a 200-300 mesh filter and mixed with new ink for use;
3. Calculate the usage amount and carefully add the curing agent. The ink mixed with the curing agent needs to be separately sealed and packaged at a low temperature of 5-10 degrees Celsius for storage.
