This product is a water-based conductive carbon paste designed specifically for lithium/sodium ion batteries, used for the pre-treatment of aluminum foil for battery positive current collectors.


1. Directly print and coat on the machine, and apply the aluminum foil after degreasing and corona treatment.
2. When printing and coating, it is recommended to set the temperature of the lower oven to 100 ºC -110 ºC -110 ºC - room temperature; The temperature of the upper oven is set to 90 ºC -100 ºC -100 ºC -100 ºC -90 ºC - room temperature; The vehicle speed should not exceed 80-180 meters per minute.
3. It is recommended to store in a cool (below 25 ºC) place, sealed, and avoid direct sunlight.
