The photoresist ink is used for etching work, this ink is anti-acid & alkaline.
It can be coated by roller coating machine or spraying by spray gun.
Used for etching work, like zinc plate coated, stainless steel plate coated.
Suitable for metallic glass materials, requiring acid or alkali resistant etching solution for protecting metal surfaces

Instructions for use:
1. Printing method: silk screen printing with 200-350 mesh screen printing and spraying
2. Drying: Bake at 80 degrees for 30 minutes
3. Exposure: 1000 watt lamp power exposure for 90 seconds
4. Development: 1% concentration of sodium carbonate at a temperature of 40-50 degrees Celsius
5. Etching: ferric chloride
6. Fading film: Stable concentration of 1-3% sodium hydroxide at 40-50 degrees Celsius
