Introduction:
Ppt series ink is a kind of general-purpose single component thermosetting ink specially produced for non treatment pet, PP and other plastic materials. It has the characteristics of high brightness, strong adhesion, low smell, strong chemical resistance, etc.
Purpose:
It is mainly suitable for non treatment of pet, PP and other plastic materials.
Operating conditions:
Screen mesh: 250-350mesh
Hardness of scraper: 70-75 °
Drying conditions: IR 60-80 ºC, 30 minutes
Dilution cleaning:
When the weather is hot, add 10% - 20% c-003 slow drying diluent to adjust to the appropriate viscosity to prevent the ink from volatilizing too fast and extend the use time. If the weather is cold, add 10% - 20% c-004 quick drying diluent to adjust to the appropriate viscosity to speed up the ink volatilization and make the ink dry faster. When cleaning the screen, use the above diluent or use kt-3000 washing water to clean the screen
